We’ve designed every corner of The Greeen Room with heart and personality. From comfy vintage furnishings to thoughtful extras like a fully equipped kitchen, streaming TV, and bar cart, we want every moment of your stay to be easy, relaxed and absolutely memorable.

Launceston is known for its incredible food scene. From cosy cafes to award-winning restaurants, you’ll find plenty within easy walking distance. Start your day with great coffee, enjoy long lunches showcasing Tasmanian produce, and finish with cocktails or local wine in the evening.

Nature & Outdoors

One of Launceston’s most iconic attractions, Cataract Gorge, is just a short stroll or drive away. Walk the tracks, take in the views, or simply relax by the water. City Park is also nearby and perfect for a morning wander or picnic.

The Tamar Valley wine region begins just outside the city. Spend a day exploring cellar doors, tasting cool-climate wines and meeting local producers. It’s an easy addition to any stay.
